little cost to us. The bottom line is that this is a fully
automated website with a marketing effort behind it that
virtually runs on auto pilot with very little and very
controlled overhead.
The revenue streams to RealtyMadeEasy.com, of which 50% gets spent on marketing efforts, is comprised of two avenues. The first being sponsors. Our sponsors pay for advertising in key areas
of our website. The second avenue is affiliates. For those of you who use our site to connect with mortgage brokers, movers, attorneys, and other FSBO products and services, and actually purchase any of these recommended services - we earn commissions. Bear in mind you are certainly not obligated to purchase any of these recommended items. |

Many other FSBO sites out there charge for listings. We don't. We hope you can understand and believe why
and how we do this, and if you are looking to sell your home on your own, why wouldn't you list
your home here at no cost. There are no long forms to fill out and no pre-qualifying. You list your home, we review it to make sure you are not trying to upload any profanities and upon our approval your home is listed and you can login at any time and make any edits to your listing.
Many other FSBO sites even ask for you to register when searching for a home.
Again, we don't. We are only interested in getting you the information you are seeking as quickly as possible, and nothing more.
